📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process
• Conduct property valuations and market analyses to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
• Maintain a comprehensive database of properties and clients using CRM software such as Propertybase or REA
• Attend open houses, property viewings, and networking events to promote properties and build relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials
• Stay up-to-date with local market trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a sales or advisory role
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Bandung, including pricing trends and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Propertybase or REA
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid real estate license or certification, preferably from a recognized institution
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
• Flexible availability to work part-time hours
