📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate daily forklift operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver assignments.
• Manage and optimize warehouse inventory using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates.
• Train and mentor new warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse operational role.
• Proficient in using SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), or similar software.
• Certification in Forklift Safety or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
