📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to understand and address workforce needs.
• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Design and deliver employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Facilitate performance management and talent reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
• Proven track record in managing HR projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
