📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on food processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance for record-keeping purposes.
• Participate in emergency response and breakdown management to minimize production disruptions.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and support staff on maintenance procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of food processing and packaging equipment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems in food processing and packaging equipment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or ISO 22000.
