📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate UMKM owners on digital tools and platforms.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship to help businesses implement digital solutions effectively.
• Develop and deliver tailored training programs based on the specific needs of UMKM.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and challenges for UMKM.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on UMKM performance and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UMKM owners to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Assist in the development of digital content and resources to support UMKM growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and mentoring UMKM or similar businesses.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, Shopify, and WhatsApp Business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with UMKM owners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
