As the Executive Head Chef at our luxury resort, you will be the creative force behind our fine dining menu, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece. You’ll work closely with our executive chef to develop innovative recipes, train your team, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This role offers the opportunity to grow your culinary career in a world-class environment, with a salary of Rp 10,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a high-end culinary menu that reflects the resort’s luxury brand.
• Lead and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring they meet the resort’s exceptional standards.
• Source and procure the finest ingredients to create innovative and delicious dishes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• Participate in culinary competitions and events to showcase your skills.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
• Contribute to the overall success of the resort’s dining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of creating and executing high-end culinary menus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for fine dining and a desire to continuously improve your skills.
