As an ICU Nurse at Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will work in a state-of-the-art ICU equipped with advanced medical technology, including ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and maintain patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment outcomes.
• Assist in the coordination of patient transfers between the ICU and other departments.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Certified ICU Nurse with at least 3 years of experience in critical care nursing.
• Experience with advanced life support (ALS) and basic life support (BLS) certifications.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board.
