🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Governance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, policy development, or public administration.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing governance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of national and provincial policies and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with governance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
