🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in community engagement and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs.
• Strong understanding of local context and cultural nuances, with a deep appreciation for Bangka Belitung's unique heritage and challenges.
