📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze training needs for commercial teams in Kalimantan.
• Develop and deliver training programs using various learning tools and software such as Moodle, Articulate 360, and LinkedIn Learning.
• Measure the impact of training initiatives and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the commercial teams.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to commercial teams to enhance their performance.
• Work closely with the regional manager to align learning initiatives with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial or sales teams.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and training tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
