📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based drinks using our signature recipes and high-quality ingredients.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and ensure they leave satisfied and happy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with new drink recipes and menu items, and incorporate them into your daily operations.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of basic coffee and tea preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).
