📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain advanced technical equipment on-site.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our cutting-edge systems.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our clients' systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records of system performance and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our services.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience with advanced technical equipment and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations in Bali.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as SAP, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Certifications in relevant technical areas, such as ITIL or CompTIA, are a plus.
