📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate structural BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain model integrity.
• Facilitate effective communication across disciplines, ensuring seamless integration of design and construction processes.
• Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols for structural projects.
• Conduct regular model reviews and audits to identify and address discrepancies.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends, incorporating innovative solutions into our projects.
• Contribute to the development of project documentation, including clash detection reports and coordination drawings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for structural projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and design standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with construction project management and delivery methods.
• Certification in BIM or structural engineering is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
