As an Assistant HK Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept immaculate. You will work with various departments to coordinate cleaning schedules, manage inventory, and implement new protocols to enhance efficiency and guest experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and well-maintained.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cleaning schedules are aligned with guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Monitor and manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Implement and monitor new cleaning protocols and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Prepare and present reports on housekeeping performance and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring housekeeping staff.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including inventory management and cleaning protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management software such as Opera, Cendyn, or similar.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
