📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers in selecting the right fragrance by providing personalized recommendations and product knowledge.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Stock and organize fragrance products, ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Work closely with the in-store team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the store runs smoothly.
• Promote new and existing fragrance products to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in in-store promotions and events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fragrance retail industry or a related field.
• Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in selecting the right products.
• Strong knowledge of various fragrance families and brands, including Bon Parfumeur.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
