Lead and manage the test program for compliance technology solutions,Develop and implement test strategies and plans to ensure product quality,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of test artifacts,Monitor and report on test progress, risks, and issues,Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve test-related issues,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations,Mentor and develop junior test program managers,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software testing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,8+ years of experience in software testing and test program management,Strong knowledge of compliance technology and industry standards,Proven experience in managing test programs for large-scale projects,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies,Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools,Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CTFL) are a plus
