📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the accounting department and mentor junior staff,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Handle the company's payroll processing and ensure accuracy,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide ad-hoc accounting support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
