You’ll work closely with our team of experts, leveraging tools like SAP ERP, Sea-Intelligence, and Freightos to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire ocean import process, including vessel scheduling, documentation, and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using SAP ERP and other logistics software.
• Monitor and optimize import costs, including freight, duties, and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on import progress and potential issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ocean import logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ocean import logistics, preferably in a global logistics company.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP, Sea-Intelligence, or similar logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
