📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.,Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, diversity, and student well-being.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends, best practices, and relevant technologies to enhance teaching methods.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to support the overall mission and vision of the school.,Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and training sessions to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.,Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching certification or license, as required by Indonesian law.,Experience in using educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
