📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.,Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses and nursing assistants.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Participate in staff development and training programs.,Manage the nursing department budget and resources effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Leadership and management experience in a healthcare environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
