📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including conflicts and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee the HR department's budget and resources.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.,Represent the company at HR-related events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
