📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
