📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing materials and supplies.,Maintain and update supplier databases and records.,Support the purchasing team in preparing purchase orders and invoices.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Assist in negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the purchasing manager in managing supplier relationships.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to purchasing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.,Basic knowledge of purchasing and supply chain processes.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

🛠️ Keahlian
