📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the daily operations and management of the store, including inventory control and sales tracking.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
