📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends.,Provide guidance and support to other HR team members on recruitment-related tasks.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with the local labor market and industry trends.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
