🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in corporate reporting and financial management.
- Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in a retail industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
