📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the oil palm plantation, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance activities.
• Manage and mentor a team of field supervisors, ensuring they meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives, such as water conservation and biodiversity preservation.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of oil palm production.
• Manage the procurement and distribution of inputs, such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in the plantation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and environmental certifications.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing oil palm plantations, preferably in South Papua.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian agricultural regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using GPS-based monitoring systems, soil analysis software, and automated irrigation systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and best practices.
• Ability to work in a remote and challenging environment.
