📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and recognition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles.,Understanding of customer service and relationship management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
