📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Prepare and assist in the setup of banquet venues, ensuring they are ready for events.,Coordinate with catering staff to ensure food and beverage needs are met for banquet events.,Assist in the execution of banquet events, including greeting guests, overseeing service, and ensuring smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of banquet event details and guest information.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up for banquet events.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Work collaboratively with the Banquet Staff to achieve event goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
