📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the team and the overall business in the region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Conduct regular site visits to assess the condition of our facilities and equipment, and to address any issues that may arise.,Provide regular reports to the management team on the performance of the area and any issues that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of the local market and a good understanding of the cultural and social dynamics in the region.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.,Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.,Familiarity with the use of sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
