As an integral part of our Dynamic Finance Team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of the annual financial statements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
• Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a logistics or similar industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
