Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content,Edit and proofread documentation to ensure quality and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Provide feedback on documentation to improve usability and readability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Proficiency in English (written and spoken),Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
