📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and production targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Utilize inventory control systems and software to track and manage inventory accurately.
• Prepare and analyze reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning and inventory control processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
