📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a good candidate fit.,Maintain and update job descriptions and postings to attract the right candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to junior recruiters to improve their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
