📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and present sales proposals that meet client needs and requirements.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients post-sale.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
