📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods.
• Coordinate and oversee the entire import process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize import logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehouse management.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and importation.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on supply chain performance and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and importation, with a focus on international trade.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding, warehousing, and inventory management processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required, with basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
