📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Lead and mentor a team of quality control inspectors.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all quality control regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Provide training and support to the quality control team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a related role.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
