📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the sales process, including product demonstrations and negotiations
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events
  • Updating and maintaining product knowledge and information
  • Assisting in the analysis of sales data and providing reports to the sales team
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and goals
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans
  • Assisting in the training and development of new sales team members

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools
  • Ability to meet sales targets and goals
  • Passionate about the retail industry and committed to customer satisfaction
