📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.
  • Provide support to the fleet manager in achieving operational goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
