📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and expand the distribution network to ensure efficient logistics and timely delivery of products.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations and cost-effective solutions.
• Implement and monitor distribution strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the distribution team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical distribution.
• Represent Philusa Corporation at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing distribution channels.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Proficiency in using distribution management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management principles is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
