🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Governance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, policy development, or public administration.
Proven track record of successfully implementing governance initiatives.
Strong understanding of national and provincial policies and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with governance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
Certification in governance or public administration is a plus.
