📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee staff scheduling and performance to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Assist in implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
